“For The Love Of Rescue” Campaign is celebrating the relationship between a rescued pet and his human(s). It focuses on the fact that when you make a difference in someone else’s life, you indeed enrich your own just as much. People chose to adopt as they are saving a life. yes, they absolutely are! And they are making the world a better place for it. At the same time, households who have opened their heart and their home to a pet in need have blossomed touched by the gratitude and unconditional love of a rescued pet.
For the Love of Rescue Campaign is a portrait campaign celebrating rescued pets and their people and supporting animal rescue with financial donations for every session. Our goal is to raise $1,500 through this campaign to support local animal rescue organizations.

SESSION PLANNING AND WARDROBE FITTING APPOINTMENT
We want you to feel confident with your wardrobe choices and look forward to a stress-free portrait experience with your pet(s). A studio wardrobe is available in various sizes. ($100+ Value)
HAIR & MAKEUP
Our stylist will get your hair & makeup done for the photoshoot. A custom-tailored hair & makeup look as per your vision & inspiration. ($150 Value)
PHOTOSHOOT
A fully guided photoshoot at our St. Louis’ Studio Loft. A two-three hour, fun experience to help you feel confident, radiant, and beautiful. ($250 Value)
PORTRAIT REVEAL
A follow-up, exciting experience where you will be able to view all your images. The presentation includes 30+ portraits to choose from
ONE PORTRAIT OF YOUR CHOICE
You will receive one portrait of your choice in 11×14 print presented in an elegant 16×20 white mat, ready to frame as well as the digital file of the same image. Or, if you wish to get more than one image, we shall give you a $150 credit towards our collections ($450 Value)
A $100 – $500 donation to the Animal Rescue of your Choice
$100 from every portrait session completed will be donated to your preferred animal rescue organization. In addition, for every collection purchased an additional donation $100 – $400 will be made based on the chosen collection.

Why a pet rescue campaign? And, why us?
Through our photography business, Yagil and I have photographed hundreds of adoptable animals. And our own home was growing with more and more rescued pets, having two dogs and two cats. Just when we thought our family is complete, we were introduced to Lulu, an already senior Chihuahua Min-Pin mix, who had countless health issues and was not doing well in the shelter. We decided to offer Lulu a loving home for whatever life she had remaining.
Little did we know, that this loving little dog would share our lives and boss our household, two and four-legged, for six more years. She provided us with an endless inventory of funny stories, a zillion photographs on our phones, and with so much love.
Lulu left us this January and we are still getting over it. How can something so small leave such a big impression on our lives and our hearts? Adopting her was one of the best things we ever did.
My most precious possession and memory in life is the portraits session with Lulu and my Mom we did a few years back. They are both in Heaven now and I miss them endlessly every day. However, I will always have those beautiful, fun, and timeless portrait memories we created on that day. Those images are displayed in our home and bring me smiles and fill my heart with love every time I see them.

How does it work?

First, we would love to learn more about you and your pet(s). We offer 30 min complimentary consultations to learn more about your pet(s) story and to explain our sessions and services. To schedule your consultation, please fill in the below application form. Once we choose a session date, we’ll embark, together, on a journey of building this fabulous experience tailored to celebrating unconditional love.

A week or two before your session, we’ll schedule a planning and fitting session to ensure we are fully prepared as to what to bring for you and your two and four-legged family. Your session will include two-three wardrobe changes, and you want to make sure how everything looks and fits. We send you a helpful styling guide and we have a wardrobe for you to choose from. We’ll discuss your pets’ needs and their personality, and share in more detail the session’s plan.

On the day of the session, you just have to show up and we’ll take it from there. Our make-up and hair artist will take care of pampering you while you sip on your glass of bubbly and enjoy some strawberries. Your pets can use the time to explore the studio. We are excited to have a fun afternoon together. A magazine-style photoshoot awaits you, with the goal of showing a true, beautiful relationship and love between a pet and his/her human(s).

About 7-14 days after the session, we’ll have your premiere, in person or over zoom. This is where you’ll be able to see your stunning portraits and choose your favorite image included with your session as well as any additional images you might like to purchase. We’ll guide you through all the options and will ensure you are happy and in love with anything you choose.
how CAN YOU apply?
Start by filling out the below application form and we shall contact you with more details about the project. Please note that FOR THE LOVE OF RESCUE portrait sessions are not like our regular portrait sessions. They go beyond, to include as well inspiring stories about pet rescue and how by doing so we are enriching our lives.
Participants should agree to all of the following:
- Some of the portraits taken will be used on our website, social media, print materials, and other marketing platforms
- Interview questions about your rescued pet(s) to be answered before and after your photoshoot. This may include a video testimonial
- Sessions will include a magazine-style photoshoot experience, with wardrobe and makeup fitting the occasion. Participants should be willing to partake in a planning and fitting session.
