Why generations sessions?
Portrait sessions of mothers and daughters hold a special place in my heart, a place filled with the echoes of love and the enduring legacy of my own beloved mother.
Two years ago I lost my Mom to cancer, leaving an ache that time can only slightly dull. Amidst the grief, one treasure shines brightly—photographs we took together a few years ago, a testament to a day filled with laughter, love, and the bond between a mother and daughter.
Those moments, frozen in time through the lens, are not just pictures; they are cherished fragments of a day when we played dress-up, I adorned her with makeup and styled her hair, and we simply let ourselves have fun and filled the day with love and joy. These photographs stand as the most beautiful and heartfelt images we ever created together.
In the face of loss, I’ve come to understand the profound significance of existing in photographs. They become not just visual memories but tangible anchors to the moments we hold dear. “Generations – A Legacy Of Women” is a call to every daughter and mother, urging them to embrace the transformative power of shared experiences. Nancy and Rose, The Mother-Daughter Portrait Session That Touched My Heart years ago and still does today
During our time living in Miami, FL, a special star led Nancy into our studio. Eager to craft an unforgettable tribute for her mother Rose’s 86th birthday, Nancy sought to immortalize those cherished moments through a portrait session that transcended time.
Today, this particular session holds a dear and special place among my favorites. While our photography style has evolved, the essence of these captured moments remains eternally heartfelt and significant. First, we would love to talk. We offer 30-minute complimentary consultations where we explain in detail about our sessions and services. To schedule your consultation, please fill in the below inquiry form. Once we choose a session date, we’ll embark, together, on a journey of building this fabulous experience tailored to you.
If you are certain you would like to book your session and time is of essence, you may also choose to book online and select a date for your session.

Before your session, we’ll schedule a fitting session, in person or over zoom. Your session will include two-three wardrobe changes, and you want to make sure everything looks as you love it. We have dresses for you to choose from, and we encourage you to consider bringing some unique clothing that makes you – you. While you don’t have to be matching you choices of style and or color should compliment each other. We’ll guide you and share recommendations. You will not be alone in this fun undertaking!

On the day of the session, you just have to show up and we’ll take it from there. Our make-up and hair artist will take care of pampering you while you sip on your glass of bubbly and enjoy some strawberries. We are excited to have a fun afternoon together. A magazine-style photoshoot awaits you. Our clients are all fabulous and individual women and every session will be tailored to fit you specifically. From traditional to contemporary, it’s all about you.

About 7-14 days after the session, we’ll have your premiere, in person or over zoom. This is where you’ll be able to see your stunning portraits and choose your favorite images. We’ll guide you through all the options and will ensure you are happy and in love with anything you choose.
As part of the offer you will receive $100 towards any collection of 10+ images.
